After our first IVF cycle was stopped short, we decided to try again 2 months later. This is our new schedule:

November 14th-Suppression check
-Things looked perfect
November 15th-Ovary stimulation begins
-Lupron taken in 2 injections a day
November 17th-Started follicle stimulating hormone
-also taken by injection 2 times a day
November 20th-Estrogen check and ultrasound
-couldn't tell how well the medications were working yet
-estrogen level at 350
November 23rd-Estrogen check and ultrasound
-6 follicles and ovarian growth
-estrogen level at 1000
November 26th-Estrogen check and ultrasound
-Ovarian growth but needed to show more progression
-estrogen level at 4000
November 27th-
-met the requirement for # of follicles at around 12!!!
-estrogen level 5621
-IVF nurse was very pleased
-this is a marked improvement from our first attempt in September
-triggering egg release with an injection which will allow the egg retrieval to be on the 29th.
November 28th-
-estrogen check
November 29th-
-egg retrieval
-Emily had 9 eggs! We find out in 24 hours how many (if any) fertilized...
November 30th-
-We found out that we had 7 fetilized eggs! Now we need them to begin to split cells...
December 4th--We were able to transfer 2 healthy Grade B (they grade on a A-D scale) embryos.
We now have a short waiting period until Emily goes back for bloodwork and ultrasound to see if she is pregnant. Thank you all for your prayers and support. Regardless of the outcome, God will get glory...
